Timing

Allow 4 weeks with shipping for new products. 2 weeks if the amp is currently in-stock.

Shipping

Shipping is via UPS ground service. Your package will be well wrapped with the tubes separate and insured against damages. Contact us right away if things don’t arrive fully intact.

Returns

Gnome Amplifiers has a 30-day, no-questions asked return policy with the following terms:
Original shipping costs and all damages, functional and cosmetic, upon receipt of unit will be deducted from refund.
